Doug McLaughlin

Doug McLaughlin serves as our Precast Division Vice President.

With 34 years experience in the precast industry, Mr. McLaughlin has worked in various operations positions in block manufacturing, eventually becoming President of San Diego Precast Concrete in 1996. From 1999 to 2007, he served as Vice President and General Manager of San Diego Precast Concrete for U.S. Concrete, Inc.

Mr. McLaughlin is a founding member of the California Precast Concrete Association and has served on the Board of Directors for seven years, including two terms as President. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the National Precast Concrete Association, where he has chaired several committees. He is also a founding member of the Patrons Group for the Concrete Industry Management Program at Arizona State University.
